Mount the adapter plate to the dropout using the two 1/4"-32, three quarter machine screws.

Next, mount the quick adapter caster wheel base and quick connector assembly to the adapter plate using the four 1/4"-20, three quarter inch hex head bolts.

Now connect the PVC to the quick connector. In the next step you'll take measurements.
