Cut two inches off one end of a three by five index card (okay to use paper) and place the card over the fender mount eyelet holes, keeping the top of the card level. Punch a pencil or pointed object through the card and the fender mount holes.

Next place the caster wheel base plate on top of the card high enough to clear the punched holes and draw circles on the card or paper through the caster wheel base plate mounting holes.

Now tape the card to a three by three inch piece of three eights or half inch plywood and drill the six holes to check fit and clearances.
