Decorative Earring Frame

Step 8 Questions

I'm not very good with directions, so the steps may be a bit vague. Feel free to email/comment on something. I'll try to clear it up.

Sorry for the lack of pictures. I didn't intend on posting it.

For a simpler route, buy a metal mesh letter tray (at any office supply shop or walmart), tie a ribbon and hang that up. That's what I used before I put more thought into it.
