Decoupage a Bangle

This all started when I saw plastic bangles at Michael's for $1.00. I picked up a few and let them sit in a box for awhile . Until an idea struck me while playing with paper scraps. This one is pirate themed. I plan on making others, since these can be customized for any occasion the options are limitless.

Step 1: The Supplies

Card stock strips
Wooden, plastic or up cycle a bangle
Small clippings of pictures, photos or words

Modge Podge of your choice
