Introduction: Dee-licious Chocolate Mousse

Here's a super simple recipe for chocolate mousse (not a mousse out of chocolate!)

Ingredients:

- 250gr milk chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 125gr sugar
- 125gr butter

Step 1:

Separate the egg whites from the yokes into different containers (larger one for the whites).

Using a cake mixer, thoroughly mix the whites (5-10minutes) for a super fluffly, firm cotton cloud-like texture.

Step 2:

Do the same for the yokes and sugar.

Step 3:

On a double boiler, melt the butter and the chocolate, mixing well.

After the butter and chocolate are well mixed together, add the yoke/sugar prep slowly and mix it.

Step 4:

Now, you're ready for the final step!

Gently mix the melted chocolate prep with the whites.

For the sweet tooth in you: stick your index finger into the yokes/sugar bowl and scrape it all. Yummy!

Step 5: Bon Appétit!

Let the chocolate mousse sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden.

See all the bubbles on the surface? Now that's the way a real chocolate mousse should be!
