video Defense Against the Standing Rear Choke #2
An experienced attacker will break your balance by pulling you BACKWARD while choking you from behind. It is almost impossible to throw an attacker over your shoulder as (shown in the 1st video) you're being pulled backward. Darcey and Heather help me demonstrate the counter to the standing rear choke while the attacker is pulling you backward.
