When you have an abundant produce from the garden, what else can you do beside eating them fresh? Canning, jamming, and dehydrating :)
Step 1: Method
Super simple when you have a dehydrator!
Wash and pat dry the fruits (grandma sometimes skin them but I don't)
Cored the stones, slice, and air dry for 15 minutes
Then start placing them on the dehydrator and follow the instruction of the manufacture!
