Step 1: Ingredients
For this recipe you need...
1 Cup of Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
Oil for frying
Step 2: Apple
First wash and core your Apple. Once you have cored the Apple cut the remains into 1/4 inch wedges. If you would like you can peel the skin as well
Step 3: Apple Coating
Put the flour in a bowl for the apples. Then dredge the apples with the flour.
Step 4: Cook
After you have dredged all of the apples use tooth picks to place the apples on the skillet. Cook each side for approximately 30 seconds.
Step 5: Cinnamon Sugar
While the apples fry mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Then pour the mixture out onto parchment paper.
Step 6: Apple Coating Continued
When the Apple finish cooking place them in paper towel to absorb the extra oil. Next dab the apples in the cinnamon sugar until both sides are evenly covered
Step 7: Finish
That's it! There are served best hot with a carmel side. Enjoy!
