I am an absolute spinach-hater, but I assure you that this green smoothie will taste AMAZING! If you try it, you'll be making it every morning, like I do.

Step 1:

1) Tools and Ingredients needed:
Tools: hand blender and recipient to blend into.
Ingredients:
- Almond milk (or any kind of milk you want).
- A handful of spinach.
- One banana.
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.

Step 2:

Procedure:
Put all your ingredients in the mixing recipient and blend.

Step 3:

This is how it should look like. You can adjust the consistency and how green it looks by adding more or less milk or spinach.
It is completely customizable!

Step 4:

Add your toppings to your smoothie bowl.
I added:
Ecological linen seeds.
Shredded coconut.
Sliced almonds.
Granola.
Sliced banana.

Then ENJOY THIS DELICIOUSNESS!!!!
<p>A smoothie bowl is an interesting idea. I don't think I've seen that before :) So, do you eat it with a spoon like oatmeal?</p>
