This delicious vegan ice cream is super healthy and will leave you wanting more!
Step 1: Fresh Berries
To start off your going to need some fresh frozen berries, you can choose any kind you'd like but adding bananas works best. I used strawberries and bananas that I cut up and froze myself so they were as fresh as possible.
Step 2: How Many?
I used about 3 bananas and 3 strawberries, the strawberries I used were rather large so if your using regular sized ones you might want to use 4.
Step 3: Water
Add about 2 and a half tablespoons of water and blend it up!
Step 4: Looking Good
Your finished blended product should look like this.
Step 5: Spread It Out
Now you can spread your mixture into a small container.
Step 6: Marmalade
Spread some orange marmalade on top to mix things up. (Optional)
Step 7: Freeze It Up
Put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes or longer before serving.
Step 8: Enjoy!
Scoop some out and into a bowl and enjoy being healthy!
