Here's a nice Easy Healthy and Tasty salad recipe!

Step 1: Veggie Prep!

You will need veggies like carrot, onion, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, celery, lettuce.

Basically the vegetables you generally use in a salad.

Chop the vegetables in cubes, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Cooking the Pasta.

Boil the penne pasta, on a medium flame for 5-7 min.

Remember to keep them al dente(half cooked).

Finally drain the pasta.

Step 3: The Dressing!

1. Pepper

2. Oregano

3. Mayonnaise

4. Chili Flakes

5. Ketchup

6. Extra Virgin Olive oil

7. Vinegar

Step 4: Mixing Every Element.

Mix the wet ingredients with pasta and the veggies.

Keep the salad in refrigerator for 15-30 min.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Garnish with coriander and basil!

Serve it cold.
