This is easy to make with everyday products. It looks good and works great.

Step 1: Materials

Step 2: Cutting the Wood

Using a ruler and a marker mark all of the wood so that you can cut it straight and at the proper dimensions. Cut all of the wood using a saw.

Once the wood is cut, using the sandpaper make sure the sides of each piece of wood is smooth.

Step 3: Making the Paper Holder

Take all of the wood for the paper holder.

Connect the backwall of the paper holder to the side of the base by drilling four holes with a 5/32 inch width, two inches apart from each other

Step 4: Paper Holder Continued

Connect the sidewall to the backwall of the paper holder using the wood glue.

When all of the wood is glued together to make a box clamp the glued areas together until the glue dries properly.

Step 5: Ruler Holder

Take the wood for the back wall and set it aside. Take the cardboard and measure 4 12''x.5'' and hot glue two of them on top of each other so you have two 1.5''x1'' pieces of cardboard.

Sand the cardboard so the edges are smooth

Step 6: Ruler Holder Continued

When the glue dries connect the sidewalls to the open end of the paper sidewall with hot glue

Then when the sidewalls are done hot glue the back of the ruler holder so it makes a box

If the sidewalls are taller than the back wall then you can cut off the tops so that it is even.

Step 7: Clamp

Take the two 90degree pvc connectors.

Take one of them and designate that as the top. Take that connector and drill a 5/32 inch hole in the bottom where it will connect to the wood.

In the top of that connector drill a hole large enough that a screwdriver will be able to screw a nail in the bottom hole.

Step 8: Clamp Continued

Take the base of the wood and drill a 5//32inch hole in line with the other 5/32 inch hole. This is where you will put the screw.

Take the 1''-2'' pvc pipe and put it in the top pvc connector.

Put the other connector in the bottom of the pvc so it will make a U-shape

Step 9: Calculator Holder

Cut with scissors two pieces of cardboard at the dimension of 6’’-3’’

Cut four pieces of cardboard at the dimension of 6’’-1’’

Step 10: Calculator Holder Continued

Hot glue the two pieces of 6’’-3’’ cardboard on top of each other

Take the 6’’-1’’ pieces and hot glue one on top of the other making the two sidewalls for the ruler holder. Do not glue all four on top of each other.

The calculator holder should look like a box connected to the paper holder. You can use a part of the paper holder to use as a backwall.

Step 11: Protractor Holder

Cut a wooden dowel with the dimensions of .5''-1''

Hot glue the wooden dowel to part of the paper holder so that it does not interfere with the calculator holder.
