cutting from the 24" x 24" sheet of ABS on a mini band saw
rounded all the edges , 12" x 3" planer sandpaper (self adhesive) on the bench to keep a long sanding stroke
using the torch on a low flame , gently moving back and forth .

on the smooth side of the ABS i lightly sanded down , was too glossy ,............Here i made some marks to direct the flame for the next bend ...
roughly about 3 3/4 inches from bend to bend , lying on its side to cool and holding the desired angle , and also keep the frame edges ...
here i cut off the excess i use a rt angle pick or Razor knife to score the ABS and a ruler or something that has a true squared ...
here i set flat on the bench for its standing position ,
and on its side to make sure the sides were flush with the flat surface , and let it cool off in the fan
instead of leaving a big flat surface on the back i cut out a hole with the dremel , and filed down the edges , i didnt like ...
i wet sanded the back to take out the sanding swirls , since it was raining ,and i had free water ,lol
