Dhaba style chicken curry is a spicy dish which is generally people gets in highway restaurants.

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3-4 dry red chilli.
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds.
  • 4-6 peppercorn seeds.
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds.
  • 1-2 medium sizes onions(chopped).
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1.5 tbsp coriander powder.
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 small size tomato chopped.
  • 1 chopped green chilli.
  • Curd 50 ml (optional).
  • 1 tbsp garam masala.

Step 1: Marination

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Add little salt (around 1/2 tbsp).

Add little oil (around 1/2 tbsp).

Mix well.

Leave for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
