Step 1: Measure and Add Ingredients to Jar

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

1 small container yogurt

1/4 cup milk

Fruits of your choice

1 tsp. sweetener

(Next day) Add a crunchy topping - granola, nuts, crushed pretzels, etc

Step 2: Shake Up and Refrigerate Overnight!

Step 3: Next Morning: Add Crunchy Topping and Enjoy!
