Introduction: Dirt Cheap Roller Blade Shelf

About: Books, photos, projects, DIYs and fun with kids.

My daughter's new rollerblades have been messing around for some time and they tripped me whenever I was in a hurry. I made a quick fix by an abandoned wood block and two unused brackets.

Step 1: BOM - Bill of Materials

I have to fix it quickly. I searched through my workshop, kitchen, garage, bedroom, ...
Eventually, I found something useful - a piece of abandoned wood and two brackets.

Step 2: Glue and Screw

Glue the screw and put them together. The glue can help the screw stay longer on the wood. It can delay the screw's rusting.

Step 3: The Shelf

This is how the DIY rollerblade shelf looks like. The roller blades can now stand nicely beside other shoes. My home is safer now. You may want to see my other works at my site.
