Step 1: Ingredients

1  Graham pie crust
3 1/2 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2  tbsp. chocolate liquer
3  eggs, separated
5  tsp. sugar
2  tsp. vanilla extract
1  tsp. coffee
1/2  container/cup whipping cream

Step 2: Melt Chocolate With Liquer in a Double Boiler

Step 3: Beat Yolks, Vanilla, Sugar and Coffee in a Bowl Until Light

Step 4: Add Chocolate Mixture to Yolks

Step 5: Beat Egg Whites, Set Aside.

Step 6: Beat Whip & Fold Into Whites

Step 7: Fold Chocolate Mixture Into Whip Mixture and Pour Into Pie Crust

Step 8: Refrigerate. Serve Chilled
