I was thinking of make mobile radio for a long time but did not find spare time.

I managed to make in the end. :)

Step 1: ​Necessary Materials

Necessary Materials

- Any Headphone with volume control

- Tea5767 Radio Module

-Arduino Nano

-Old cell phone Li-ion battery. I use Samsung Galaxy S3 2100mA

-TP4056 Li-ion charge module

-Enclosure This

-Some wires

-Hot Glue Gun

-Soldering Iron

-Any Ir Remote Control

-Universal IR Infrared Receiver V1838B TL1838 Infrared Sensor 1838 38Khz

Step 2: Make Holes

The enclosure I use is 95x62x22mm.
Use the knife to drill holes and rasp with the help of dremel as shown in the picture. (for Charge as shown, Infared IR, Oled, Switch, and Radio Antenna and Speaker holes)

Step 3: Wiring and Fix All the Parts As Shown in the Pictures

Solder the pieces. Fix with hot glue. Then tape on the circuits to ensure insulation.

Make sure that the solders are well made and that insulation is provided at the joints with the heat shrink.

Tip: Make sure that the solder wires are flexible and that the length is sufficient.

Step 4: Remote Control Calibration

Connect a flying lead to Arduino digital pin 2, this will be used to switch the display to the IR decode display. Almost any IR controller can be used and the sketch allows a setup mode to be entered, and this displays the decimal value of the key press. Decide which keys you are going to use for Preset Up, PresetDown, Favourite, fineTuneUp, finetuneDown and Radio On/Off. Put the sketch into setup mode by connecting the flying lead from pin 2 to Gnd, point the controller at the IR receiver and press a key (the onboard LED will light) and its value will be displayed as shown below. Press the key a few times to confirm the value and once you have all the key values needed put them into the sketch.

Kumanda olarak aynı kumandayı kullanırsanız kodda hiçbir değişiklik yapmanıza gerek yoktur. Step 5: Coding

Download the code and install it in arduino nano.
Tip: If you have connected to the A4 and A5 pins, the code will not be set. I recommend you to install the code before the soldering process.

* mute/unmute radio

* select favourite station

* shows if station is being received in Stereo or Mono

* shows signal strength *

* Keys required on IR controller::

* presetUP - next preset station

* presetDOWN - next preset station down

* radioON_OFF - turns radio ON or OFF

* favoutiteSTATION - select your favourite station

* scan - scans through FM spectrum looking for stations

* finetuneUP - increments frequency up by 0.1mHz

* finetuneDOWN - lowers frequency by 0.1mHz increments

* Using Arduino Uno

Up to 6 preset stations can be selected although this can easily be increased

SELECT switches to your favourite station Tuning is in 0.01mHz intervals to allow for fine tuning of presets There are 4 pins to connect, SDA to Arduino Pin A4, SCL to Arduino pin A5 and Vcc to 5 volts, Gnd to Gnd or if using Arduino Mega SDA (pin 20), SCL (pin 21), 5volts and Gnd (power available on end socket). Plug the LCD Shield
