Introduction: Diy Dremel Table Saw

Hi there;

I bought a Dremel 3000 a few months ago. But I never used the gravure tip. When I thought of what to do with it, suddenly I came to the idea of making a table saw. So I can cut my PCBs more easily.

Herkese merhabalar;
Birkaç ay önce Dremel 3000 satın almıştım. Fakat gravür ucunu hiç kullanamadım. Bununla ne yaparım diye düşünürken birden aklıma tezgah testere yapma fikri geldi. Böylelikle pcb'lerimi daha kolay yoldan kesebileceğim.

Step 1: Necessary Materials

Necessary materials

2 pieces 28cm x 7cm x 4cm wooden

1 piece 10cm x 7cm x 4cm wooden

1 piece 28cm x 23cm x 2cm floor wooden

Dremel 3000

Ikea Dralla cutting board

62 degree meltable thermoplastic (Polymorph)

Some wood screws

Hand Drill

Cable ties

Gerekli malzemeler

2 adet 28cm x 7cm x 4cm ölçülerinde tahta

1 adet 10cm x 7cm x 4cm ölçüsünde tahta

1 adet 28cm x 23cm x 2cm ölçüsünde taban tahtası

Dremel 3000

Ikea Dralla kesme tahtası

62 derecede eriyen termo plastik (Polymorph)

Bir miktar ağaç vidası

Delikler açmak için matkap

Step 2: Make Sub Support Using Polymorph

First put the polimorph in a glass bowl and pour boiling water on it.

Wait for the polymers to melt and place the two pieces on your floor wooden by rolling them in your hand.

Then press down on the Dremel engrave to make two sub supports for your saw.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 3: Securing the Dremel Engraving End to the Floorboard

Make four holes in the floorboard.

Use a dremel engraver to scraping the saw blade, approximately 8 cm wide so that the saw blade doesn't touch the floorboard.

Using two plastic cable ties, secure the dremel engrave on the polymorph sub supports.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Turkish

Zemin tahtası kenarlarına dört adet delik açın.

Testere bıçağının zemin tahtası üzerine değmemesi için dremel gravür kalemiyle yaklaşık 8 cm genişliğinde testere yolu kazıyın.

2 adet plastik kablo kelepçesi kullanarak dremel gravür kalemini polimorph destekleri üzerine sabitleyin.

Step 4: Fixing Side Woodens

Add the sideboards as shown in the picture and screw them under the floorboard.

Do not screw the third shortboard because you may need to remove the saw blade before you change it.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Turkish

Yan tahtaları resimdeki gibi dizin ve zemin tahtası altından vidalayın.

Üçüncü kısa tahtayı vidalamayın çünkü testere bıçağını değiştirmede çıkarıp takmanız gerekebilir.

Step 5: Screw the Top Cover. Table Saw Your Done :)

Cut the Ikea Dralla cutting board or any two millimeters plastic coating to the length of the saw.

Then cut an area for the blade of the saw.Screw the plastic part onto the side.

That is all. Your table saw is ready.

Happy making!

By the way...Dremel has a circular saw adapter as an addon:

Once I was thinking of using that one for a small table saw project,

That is so neat!

I guess another project to add to my Dremel tool kit. I am so glad I bought a Dremel. One of the most useful small tools I now own. This table is a very good idea. Good Instructable.

Thank you.
