Step 4Fold dollar to Washington's nose

Fold dollar to Washington\
On the side with Washington's face, fold one end of the dollar so the edge goes up to Washington's nose.


(NOTE: This step has been added since the original instructions were created... It should help with creating the sleeves that many had problems making the original fold. )
