Introduction: Doughnut Cupcakes

Hello again!
I was looking through the "Home Baking" cook book when i found these tasty cupcakes.
These make a great dessert and altogether only take half an our to make!
This recipe makes 12 Doughnut Cupcakes!

Step 1: You Will Need:

For this recipe....
You will need:

175g of butter softened 
200g of caster sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
375g of plain flour
3/4 tablespoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda
A pinch of salt (about 1/4 teaspoon)
250ml of milk

Topping
100g of caster sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
25g of butter melted

Also:
Electric mixer
Bowls
Spoons
Measuring cups
Paper cupcake pans
Cupcake trays

Step 2: Butter, Sugar, Eggs

(Preheat the oven to 180'c)
First In a electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together, then add the eggs slowly while still mixing.

Step 3: Step Two:

Sift the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt  in to the butter and sugar mix and mix with a electric mixer.

Step 4: Step Three: Put Into the Oven

Put paper cupcake pans into a cupcake tray and evenly spoon the mixture into each one, and put into the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cakes are lightly brown.

For the topping mix the sugar and cinnamon together, while the cupcakes are still warm brush lightly with melted butter a sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 6: Enjoy!

And your doughnut cupcakes are finished! Enjoy with a cup of coffee in the morning or as a nice warm dessert on a cold night,
