Picture of Duct Tape Backpack
This is an instructable on how to make a duct tape backpack.  I have been looking all over the internet to find a may to make a backpack like this.  I finally gave up and decide to try making it myself.  The entire project used one full role of duct tape.

Step 1: Materials / Tools

Duct tape
Large box
ruler
marker
zipper
scissors

Optional:
Sharp knife
protractor

Step 2: Creating The Stencil

I cut a large rectange out of my box and drew a square inch grid on it.  Depending on how big you want your backpack, you can modify your stencil.

Step 3: Putting together the duct tape

Cut the duct tape in strips larger than the width of the backpack.  Repediatly put the duct tape to gether sticky side to sticky side.  after awhile you will create something like the picture.

Step 4: Cut out stencil and Trime Up the edges

Cut out your stencil and trace the outline on your duct tape sheet.  then cut it out.

Step 5: Tape the front and back of the backpack

Tape the two side together from the bottom.

Step 6: Tape the edges

Now tape the two sides together from the edge.

Step 7: Cut Space for zipper

Cut a line at the top of your backpack for your zipper to go through.

Step 8: Attach the zipper

tape the zipper to the back back from the inside and the outside.

Step 9: Add The Straps

Find a good length that will go around your shoulders, and cut straps at that length.  Put two strips together sticky side to stickey side.

Step 10: Finished!
