Step 1: Materials
You will need...
- toilet paper tube
- paper towel tube ( I didn't have one so I taped a few toilets paper tubes together and made it the same length.)
Step 2: Making The Base
Make the base so that it looks like a giant T. You're going to want to put the tinier piece in the middle so it will balance the best. When you tape it on, it doesn't have to be perfect because we will be putting even more tape on it and it will be much more sturdier. If your holder doesn't balance now, like mine, you will be adding a bottom part and it will stay... I hope!
Step 3: Attaching The Bottom
Pick a color that you want your bottom to be, this will be the final color so choose wisely. Make a duck tape fabric the size you would like. Attach the bottom pretty much like you attached the toilet paper tube to the paper towel tube. If it still doesn't stay, put something heavier such as a paper weight and cover it in duck tape.
Step 4: Covering Your Holder
This step is simple and doesn't need much explaining. One thing is that you have to make sure you get all of the little parts underneath and around the holder.
Step 5: Making The Piggy Bank Part
First you have to puncture a hole in the top layer. Make it so a coin can easily fit through. Next, you have to make a hole in the second layer to get into the bottom and into the piggy bank part. For this, I just stabbed it until the hole was big enough for a coin. Make a it a bit bigger than a coin so it can slip through easier. To get the coins out, simply turn your jewelry holder upside down, and tilt! Easy as pie!
Step 6: Finishing It Off
Add extra decor, and more duck tape to put stripes, polka dots, squares, or whatever else you want, and put your bracelets on and enjoy!
Step 7: If You Would Like These Bracelets...
If you would like to make any of these bracelets, let me know by commenting and I will get to posting an instructable asap to it.
