Duct Tape Dressform

Step 3Layer one, from the bottom up.

Now, you've got your shirt on, and you've got your friend and you've got your duct tape. Time to start duct-taping you up!
First, you're going to want to do this while standing tall, feet apart and knees slightly bent for comfort. You're not really going to be able to sit down during this so make sure you've got all your itches out now.
Now, you're going to want to start from the bottom of the shirt up, mostly so that you can still point and instruct your friend while they get the hand of it. Wrap the duct tape around in the classic mummy fashion, making it as tight as you can without your suffocating. Pay close attention to your curves around your boobs and the shoulders. The shoulders can be tricky, remember to wrap an inch or so down the upper arms.
