Are you tired of picks slipping out of your hand when you are playing your instrument? Are You Sick and Tired of shelling out more money than you have to just to get special "grip picks"? If answered yes to either of those two questions then keep reading. A solution awaits you!

So here I was thinking what I could use for gripping my guitar picks. They tend to slide out of my hand so I thought how about some Duct Tape? But then I took it a step further. I used the scraping part of a nail clipper to make it a bit rougher so it's not shiny and slips out of your hand. So far these have worked for me. I used these on my guitar picks (I use a medium gauge) and my bass picks (I use a heavy gauge).

Say NO to expensive "grip picks" and

Say YES to Duct Tape Grip Picks! . . .

good idea you could also texture a regular pick with a dremal tool

strangely enough, the only time I have had a problem with grip on my picks is with one that has a textured design on it. with regular picks things are usually fine. however, I have tried this before (because I always need to fix things that arent broken) and it works relatively well.
