Introduction: Duct Tape Knife Sheath

It's my first instructables.  When I see the Duct Tape Tough Contest, I know that it was time to make my first.
It's a simple and useful instructables.  If you have more then one knife in your drawer, you might need this if you want to keep your edge sharp.  You can also use a knife block, but I don't like this alternative because it take to much space on my workspace.

Step 1: Materials and Tools

For this instructable, you will need:
-Knife that need a new sheath
-Old box of frozen pizza (or any other kind of cardboard)
-Duct Tape
-Scissor
-Pen or pencil
-Rulers or measuring tape (rulers work best)

Optional
-Electrical tape

Step 2: Trace Your Blade

Trace a rectangle over your blade.  You can add 1/8" to 1/4" on the height so that your blade will fit easily.
After that, you add another rectangle of the same size over the first.
To complete, you add a third rectangle the same length of the blade but only 1/2" high over the last rectangle and a last rectangle the height of the blade on the side of the first rectangle.
If it's not clear, just look at the picture, they will explain it better than me (a picture is worth a thousand words).

Step 3: Cutting

You just have to cut the cardboard along the exterior line.
Again this time, the picture make it clear.

Step 4: Folding

For this step, you fold the cardboard on the remaining line.

You start by folding the second big rectangle over the first.
After you can fold the two last rectangle over to make something like a box with only one opening.

Step 5: Taping

The remaining step is to tape everything with Duct Tape.  Try to get everything thigh so your blade will slide a little bit rough.  You don't want to loose your sheath every-time you move the knife around in the drawer.
Also, it's where the electrical tape come handy.  You can add some tape on the opened side of your sheath so you don't have to quest all the time.
To finish the sheath, you might cut opening for the handle like I did for my miracle blade 3 knife with the control ball (no, I'm not a reseller of miracle blade, but it's a good and cheap knife kit to start in apartment).
