For the last step, it is just making it look better, and personalizing it!(fun stuff! :P)  
One thing you can do is put a couple pieces of duct tape on the back to make it smother(fig #1 & #2).  You could also make it in deferent colors, put more pockets on or not make as many, or make a picture of something on the back with duck tape!  Hope you liked this instructable!  I got the pattern for the pockets and the slab-o-duct tape from dan MonkeyLectric and his instructable on how to make a duct tape wallet;   http://www.instructables.com/id/quality-duct-tape-wallet/
