Step 1: PULSE

250g Plain Flour

90g Icing Sugar

1/2tsp Salt

225g Unsalted Butter (Cubed & Chilled)

Add the flour, icing sugar and salt to a food processor and mix until combined. Next, add the chilled butter and pulse until the mixture begins to clump together.

Step 2: BRING TOGETHER

Bring the dough together on a work surface and wrap in cling film / plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours before use.
