Step 4Sand, clean, add felt
Roughen up the edges of the insides of both ends of the tube.
Now you should clean up all the plastic shavings and dust. A good way to do this is to just run water through the tube.
Let it dry thoroughly.
Roll up the felt and stick it in the tube. try to expand it as much as possible (pic 2).
