Step 3Cutting the Internet Pictures
This step shows how to take the picture and change it so that it becomes cut-able on the Vinyl Cutter.
Well you have to right click on the picture until you get an option box. Then you choose Extract Contour Outlines. when you click that you will get a box that says image outline at the top and it will have the image in a box. Then you choose the Extract Contour Lines button and you will get blue lines that outline the picture.
