EVERY FLAVOR SUCKERS

Colorful every flavor suckers are fun, easy to make, inexpensive and delicious.  

I first made these for a Carnival Game, where you pick a sucker and if the bottom of the stick is colored, you win a prize.  If not, you get the sucker.  I quickly found out that the big beautiful carnival suckers are expensive and would not fit within the budget. Plus, I wanted to make sure they would be safe for the children to eat.  These creations turned out to be the perfect solution.

Step 1: WHAT YOU WILL NEED

SUPPLIES:
  Sucker sticks
  Sugar
  Lite Karo Syrup
  Food coloring
  Water
  Flavorings - Root Beer, Lemon, Banana, Strawberry, Orange, whatever floats your boat
  Candy Thermometer
  Non-stick aluminum foil

This is pretty cool! At first, I thought you got the lollipops from the game and melted them together and took out most of the sticks! That would be something to see......
