Monkeylectric Model 132s Installation Instructions

Step 13Example: 40-spoke BMX wheel

Example: 40-spoke BMX wheel
The spokes were so close together that we could not get the device inside

We mounted the device on one side of the wheel, on the outside.

Since it is a rear wheel, we put it on the side that does not have the chain.

We mounted the battery-end close to the rim, otherwise the batteries hit the frame.

If you are a good mechanic - instead of mounting on the outside of the wheel you can remove 1 or 2 spokes to make a larger gap, put the device inside the spokes, and then put the spokes back on.
