I'm single and love to cooking so cooking smaller amounts is a good thing , if you know what I mean,,,lol
Step 1: What You Need
Lg can of peaches
Coconut chips,( I like mine roasted)
Candied Jalapeno ( 3 table spoons )
Crushed Pineapple, 6 Table spoon
Step 2: Skinny Pie
This why I call it a skinny pie, I use a tortilla warmer ( Comal)
Step 3: Add Down Pie Crust.
Spray nonstick bake to the comal and add your bottom pie crust
Step 4: Filling
Add filling to the bottom pie crust
Step 5: Top Crust
Add the top crust
Brush with melted butter
Sprinkle Himalayan pink salt on top
Poke with a fork a few times.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or til top is golden brown..,
Step 6: Enjoy
and yes I serve it with Blue Bell.. Vanilla Can you guess where I'm From?????
