Are you tired of always losing your precious Airsoft ammunition to shoddy targets? If so then you need this!
It's so easy to make that, apparently, I could do it!

Apologies for poor quality pic-churs...

Two: several plates and bowls of different sizes

Three: A big black marker

Four: A scissors

Five: A sheet of A4 (printer size) paper

Six: Sticky tape, duct tape, scotch tape, ANY TAPE!!

Seven: An Airsoft gun

"losing your precious Airsoft ammunition to shoddy targets?" ??? The guns' packaging and ammo packaging says to not reuse BBs.
sharlston in reply to Landon SullivanMar 20, 2009. 12:13 PM
they only say that because if you hit some thing hard it will flatten and become dissorted and will break your gun same with any other guns
kerneykid1 in reply to Landon SullivanFeb 4, 2009. 12:05 PM
you still can. at least i do.
brustin72 in reply to kerneykid1Jun 23, 2011. 12:59 PM
you CAN reuse bbs but you shouldnt because bbs get grime and dirt on them after they hit stuff and they gunk up the barrell of your gun, if you have a high grade gun then u shouldnt reuse
buster27 says: Dec 15, 2008. 5:17 PM
its a good idea but if u have a airsoft that weak you should cry my guns pellet,bb,and airsoft will all leave a inch or bigger wide hole in an aluminum can so that wont work for me

wow. this will stand NO CHANCE to this target!!! because it is 500fps or so and goes threw the bottom and out the top of an empty coke can!! so for me i have to use like netting, wood, blanket, and a target. :-D. i dont know how many fps your gun is, but all mine easly go threw thick cardbord (well not my pistols).
oinkoinkzoopals in reply to !Andrew_Modder!Sep 2, 2007. 12:29 PM
dude most people that have airsoft guns have like 200-250 fps on average so i think this would be useful for people who arent very hardcore and who just want an easy simple target
ZachPosey in reply to oinkoinkzoopalsJun 8, 2008. 7:59 AM
mine goes 400 fps :-)
aperson45 in reply to ZachPoseyAug 9, 2008. 3:50 PM
i got a well r7 it was supposed to go 330 fps with .2 gram bbs the box said 290 with .2 and 380 with .12 i tried .12 it went about 30 feet i tested it and it was 126 fps i think airsplat gave me a broken one
ZachPosey in reply to aperson45Nov 8, 2008. 3:18 PM
i dont trust airsplat, they have innaccurate fps readings and sell broken guns
!Andrew_Modder! in reply to ZachPoseyJun 8, 2008. 8:39 AM
see =P theres a lot of ppl w high fps guns =D
cry_wolf in reply to !Andrew_Modder!Jun 25, 2008. 1:02 PM
500?!? That definitely draws blood..but does it get stuck in you? O.o
Justice10 in reply to cry_wolfFeb 6, 2009. 6:38 PM
it only draws blood from a certian distance ...about 20 or less can draw blood with 500fps (provided yur not playin with no shirt) but it won't get stuck on u
AZNpwnage in reply to cry_wolfAug 1, 2008. 2:25 PM
Andrew try adding like 20 pieces of cardboard and see if that will work

"Are you tired of always losing your precious Airsoft ammunition...?" Umm, NEVER re-use airsoft ammo. Not only can the target distort the BB, but so can the simple processes of firing; e.g. feeding, hitting the hop-up, spinning down the barrel, etc. Re-using misshapen ammo regularly will screw up your gun. At the very least, a repeatedly used BB will eventually crack and explode into fun little pieces of plastic inside of your gun.

yep I'm going to have to go with the wine box trick too I just bought my gun and couldn't find any target that would catch them so I figured I'd us the corrugated cardboard box my latest mail order came in to do this...well lo and behold my crosman P36 spring pistol gets %60 of it's shots through not only the paper target but also through the box
steve5006 in reply to steve5006May 24, 2008. 6:49 AM
but how far are you guys shooting from 30 ft? I'm talking about indoor shooting from fairly close...if I was outside I wouldn't need to catch the pellets

my S&W m3000 has trobule going through more than one peice of cardboard, and it shoots at 375 fps
Landon Sullivan in reply to paulmJun 10, 2008. 10:07 AM
Yea go S&W!!! I just got a S&W 4506 to replace my crappy Crosman P36. It's epic.

Thanks Brennn10, I actually made this for me and my brother to shoot at! And Andrew, as I said, you can use wine boxes which come with certain bottles of wine, or you could go into any off license and just ask for one, they're made from good quality wood so they should hold up against your arsenal.
Brennn10 says: Sep 2, 2007. 10:55 AM
Nice project! My bro and I are always battling with our guns, and having target contests, and we always lose our pellets. I don't want to drop 20 bucks on a net backdrop, so this is a good alternative!
