Introduction: Easy and Quick Fruit Smoothie! (no Blender Needed!)

This easy and quick fruit smoothie is filling and great for an afternoon snack or even breakfast!
And not only does this taste delicious, but you can fit it to your taste!
The original smoothie has bananas, strawberries, and blueberries but you can put your own twist on it and make it your own original!

Step 1: What You'll Need

Ingredients:
(For original)
1 banana
2 large strawberries
1 container if blueberries
Milk (I have no measurements, just pour however much you want)
1tsp of cane sugar

(Ingredients may vary depending on what fruits you would like in your smoothie)

Other:
measuring cup (tsp)
Spoon
Knife
Cup
Cutting board

Step 2: Fruit

First, take your banana and cut it with your knife into fairly thin pieces. Pile those bananas into your cup. Next, take your spoon and mash the bananas until they are somewhat at a smoothie consistency. After that, take your two large strawberries and cut them into thin slices.
Save one of the strawberries and put it to the side to later decorate. Take the other strawberry you cut up and mix that into the banana base. Now take a handful of blueberries and pour about half into the mixture and set the rest aside for decoration.
You should end up with something like this:

Step 3: Sugar and Milk

Next add a tsp of sugar.
After that, pour as much milk as you think is needed. I did not take any measurements so they may vary.

Step 4: Stir It Up!

Mix all of the ingredients together and that is your base!

Step 5: Decoration (optional)

If you want some extra pazaz, take the fruit you set aside earlier and set it atop the smoothie!
