Cooked asparagus spears
About a half cup of Half and Half
About two squirts of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Ground mustard powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper

Combine ingredients in a skillet over medium heat and stir constantly. Watch it! This sauce burns fairly easily.
Pour over asparagus and grind black pepper on top. Pair with seasoned grilled chicken and pesto and bit of rice.
Yum. I'd probably go all-in and sub heavy cream for the half-and-half, though!
