Easy Candy Corn Costume

This is an easy last-minute halloween costume, perfect for the person who refuses to wear anything but a T-shirt.
Dress up as a giant candy corn!
If you are lucky, maybe someone will eat you.

Step 1: Materials

Materials:
You will need 3 T-shirts.
One orange
one yellow
one white
They should all be the same size to make things easier.

I use the cheap Michaels T-shirts because they frequently go on sale 2 for $5.
That makes this whole project cost $7.50.
(and you have enough leftover to make other projects)

An even easier version of this would be to simply layer all three T-shirts, and cut off the bottoms off the white and orange shirts to the proper length. No sewing needed!

The bright orange layered under white would show through.
Also I think that would feel bunchy in the armpit area to layer 3 shirts.

Then just reverse the colors. As far as being bunchy, its just a Halloween costume.

Cut edges of knits will curl up if they are not hemmed. The color order I show is the color order of actual candy corn. Why be uncomfortable on Halloween?
Sewing 2 seams is not a lot of work, it's only like 2 minutes. And the result looks better, feels better, and lasts longer.
