Pre heat the oven to 400°. Spread the flour all over the bottom of the pie crust. It keeps the bottom crust from becoming soggy while cooking.
Mix the cheeses, bacon and onions together,
and place them in the bottom of the pie crust.
With a whisk (or a fork), beat the eggs and half & half together
and pour over the cheeses, etc. in the pie crust. Place in the oven and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Turn the Heat down to 350°, and continue baking for an additional 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool a little before serving.
Yum! Honey, dinner is served! Enjoy!
