This is my first cooking instructable, so I want to start it off with an easy breakfast recipe. This is my version of "Fried Eggs and Tomato." This is a tasty breakfast (but I wouldn't recommend eating it everyday!).
Step 1: Ingredients
1 medium sized tomato
1 tablespoon of oil (any kind would be fine but I used canola)
1 teaspoon of sour cream
1 clove of garlic
Step 2: Egg Mixture
Mix two eggs with a crushed clove of garlic and a teaspoon of sour cream. Stir the mixture with a fork until it is well mixed.
Step 3: Frying the Tomato
Wash and chop a medium sized tomato into tiny bits. Throw away the middle part of the tomato. Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium heat and add the chopped tomatoes right after. Stir the tomatoes until it is cooked, but not to mushy (depends on how much you want them cooked).
Step 4: Adding the Egg Mixture to the Tomatos
Add the egg mixture with the cooked tomatoes. Stir a little and put a pan lid over it. Put the heat on low and let it cook until it looks ready.(I kind of overcooked the eggs!). Add some salt and pepper. Put it on a plate and serve it with pita bread. Enjoy!
Step 5: Optionial
If you want a kick of spice, add some hot sauce at the end!
