Easy Dessert Puffs

A very easy dessert that is always a huge hit any time of the year.

Step 1 Ingredients

2 bags Stella Doro Anginetti cookies
1 can crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip
1 box instant pudding (many flavors work such as lemon, pistachio, vanilla)

I've seen a variation on this, where the filling is sweetened ricotta cheese with whipped cream folded in, along with mini chocolate chips and vanilla. But this sounds simple and delicious.

Sounds delicious! However, I think that it really needs pictures for the steps to qualify as an instructable, I'm afraid.
