Introduction: Easy Egg Roll Recipe

Even though rectangular pans are best used for "egg rolls" a circle pan will do just fine. Today i am going to show you guys how to make a simple and delicious egg roll.

A piece of warning: if you really want to achieve a perfect roll, then make sure to use a non-stick frying pan.

Without wasting much time, below is a picture of the ingredients needed.

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon of chopped spring onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt (pinch)
  • Half teacup of milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground pepper

Step 2:

Break all Three Eggs into a small Bowl

Step 3:

Pour milk

Step 4:

Add salt

Step 5:

Whisk until mixture turns homogeneous

Step 6:

Sieve to remove chalaza

Step 7:

Add the chopped pepper, carrots and onions.

Step 8:

Grease frying pan with a little vegetable oil, apply low heat, and pour in half of mixture. Wait until half done, then roll egg halfway from your right, and then pull it rightwards. Now pour in the remaining mixture in the space you just created and wait until half done, then roll up completely and serve.

If you cant eat half-done, make sure to fry till "done".
