1 Tablespoon oil
3 carrots
1/2 large onion
1 pound ground beef
A splash of wine (you could leave it out if you really had to, and if you're a minor you can have your parents add it for you)
4 cups tomato juice
4 cups drinking water
1 Tablespoon beef base (beef bullion could be substituted)
1 Tablespoon worcestershire
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound pasta

Next time I make it I'll try adding paprika and see how it turns out.
Like the "I Can't Believe I'm Out of (bleep-bleep) Paprika!" Goulash my mom was really fond of, too. Maybe our moms are somehow related?
I've heard of the rare "I Hate Paprika Goulash" and even the "I Forgot the Paprika Goulash" invented by a Hungarian with alzheimers.
