Introduction: Easy Halloween Basket Decoration

About: Hiya. I like macrame, cats, dogs, horror movies, making things, breaking things, cake pops & music. I am home schooled due to chronic illness, so if I don't come on here much that is why.

I'm super excited about this project- And I think it turned out really well in the end!
These Halloween Baskets are great decorations, or for substitute "Goody Bags" at a kids party. (They could even decorate the baskets as part of the party- too!) They are also good just as decorations or props.

I got the baskets from here:

You can also get them from here....

I hope you enjoy this instructable! :)

Step 1: Materials:

Wooden Basket

Sweets

Decorations.
(stamps, glitter, paint, tinsel, sequins, paint pens, permanant markers or felt tips, foam shapes, ribbon, glow in the dark paint or glitter, fake bugs, fake blood, ect... Anything spooky!!!)

Step 2: Decorate!

Pretty self explanatory. Be creative, remember the creepier the better! You can do a theme, or just go random with it!

I used 3 different stamps to get the effect on the handle and sides. I also used sequins, glue, and paint pens.

Step 3: Fill It

You can get giant bags of sweets from the supermarkets.
I got the "eyeball" chocolates from Tesco.
With the baskets I'm using, you could also fill them with cupcakes, small toys, even cookies!

Step 4: Done!

There you go- a super creepy Halloween basket filled with yummy sweets in less than 10 minutes!

If anyone has any questions, please comment below. Also, if you make this, please post a picture. I would love to see it :)
