This dessert is quick and easy to whip up. It has a more "grown-up" taste than the pudding treat you ate as a kid.
All you need is:
1 box chocolate pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup cold strong brewed coffee
whipped cream
cinnamon
**Optional: 1 - 2 shots of your favorite dessert liqueur
1. Whisk the milk, coffee, pudding mix, and optional liqueur for about 2 minutes.
2. Chill until just before serving, at least 30 minutes.
3. Layer pudding with whipped cream in individual serving cups.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
