Healthy and delicious! Our family enjoys these tacos at least once a week. Though the toppings vary for each member of the household, these are my personal favorites. Others enjoy: Avacado, Salsa, Cilantro, Fresh garden tomatoes (when in season), Fresh cut corn from the cob and peppers.
