I Love, Love, Love quick breads.......too much (read that as I would eat my weight in them IF I had them around)

I make a killer Banana Bread (voted the best in the hospital that I worked in) my BIG "secret" was that I increased the sugar by 1/4 C from what was in the old Betty Crocker CookBook!

I also have been making an apricot bread (from the same cookbook) since I was in Jr. High/Middle School and learned how to make it in Home Economics! It's a "must have" every year for Christmas.
