Introduction: Easy Savoury Party Muffins

This is very easy recipe for savoury muffins which could be perfect for a 4 o`clock tea party, snack or breakfast.

Step 1: Ingredients

  • 250g Phyllo dough
  • 200g Bulgarian cheese (you can use feta as well)
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g oil or melted butter
  • 5g baking powder/backpulver
  • 150g carbonated water or Bulgarian yoghurt

Step 2: Whisk the Eggs by Hand in a Bowl and Add the Cheese

Step 3: Add the Phyllo Sheets

Break the phyllo sheets into small pieces.

Step 4: Whisk Good Every Time You Tear a Sheet Into Small Piece

Step 5: Add Carbonated Water

Step 6: Add the Oil/melted Butter and Baking Powder/backpulver. Mix.

Step 7: Your Mixture Should Look Like This

There shouldn`t be much liquid otherwise your muffins won`t bake well. If you think the liquid is more add more of the phyllo sheets, you can also add more cheese.

Step 8: Grease the Bottom and Sides of Your Muffin Form

Step 9: Enjoy!

I make these all the time. But I use phyllo separate as a sort of tart. I should try this. Thanks for sharing?:)
