This is very easy recipe for savoury muffins which could be perfect for a 4 o`clock tea party, snack or breakfast.

Step 1: Ingredients
- 250g Phyllo dough
- 200g Bulgarian cheese (you can use feta as well)
- 3 eggs
- 50g oil or melted butter
- 5g baking powder/backpulver
- 150g carbonated water or Bulgarian yoghurt
Step 2: Whisk the Eggs by Hand in a Bowl and Add the Cheese
Step 3: Add the Phyllo Sheets
Break the phyllo sheets into small pieces.
Step 4: Whisk Good Every Time You Tear a Sheet Into Small Piece
Step 5: Add Carbonated Water
Step 6: Add the Oil/melted Butter and Baking Powder/backpulver. Mix.
Step 7: Your Mixture Should Look Like This
There shouldn`t be much liquid otherwise your muffins won`t bake well. If you think the liquid is more add more of the phyllo sheets, you can also add more cheese.
