Ingredients Needed:

2 cups of fat free yogurt

2 tbsp of honey

2 bananas

2 cups of strawberries

1 cup of ice

Step 1: Equipment

You will need:

Knives

Cutting board

Measuring Cups

Blender

Step 2: Cut Up the Bananas and the Strawberries

Make sure you don't cut your fingers off!

Step 3: Mix the Bananas, Strawberries, and Honey

Make sure you add the honey when you mix them together.

Step 4: Add the Ice.

Step 5: Add the Yogurt.

Step 6: Add the Fruits and Then Blend.

After it turns into a light pink color, the smoothie is done. Enjoy!

The yogurt contains minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, and sodium. The vitamins in it are vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-12.

The bananas contain potassium, water, vitamin C, sugars, and carbohydrates.

The strawberries contain water and calcium.
