Easy to make vegetarian SturFry.
Step 1: Rice
First you want to figure out how many people you are trying to feed.
Step 2: Boil Water
Once you find out how many people you are feeding, fill a pot with the correct amount of water. Then before you put the rice in, you want to bring the water to a boil.
Step 3: Cook the Rice
Next step would be to cook the rice. Once you put the rice into the water, bring the stove down to a simmer.
Step 4: Oil the Pan
While the rice is cooking, you want to prepare the rest of the dish. Get a larger sized pan and prime it with some vegetable oil. Make sure not to put too much vegetable oil on the pan. Before you put any vegetables on pre-heat the oil.
Step 5: Prepare the Veggies
Before you put the vegetables on the stove you want to prep the veggies themselves. Cut them up into small pieces so they cook better.
Step 6: Cook the Veggies
Next you will want to add the carrots to the pan. Stir the carrots every minute until golden or cooked to your preference.
Step 7: Add the Eggs
Next you want to mix 2 eggs with a touch of milk. Mix those 2 together and make a egg and milk solution. Put those carrots aside and pour that egg and milk mixture onto the pan with the carrots. Next stir the carrots and eggs together. You should end up with cooked eggs and carrots cooked and combined well with each other.
Step 8: Add the Noodles
Next step will be adding the Japanese Udon Noodles. Udon noodles don't need any extra cooking so this makes it easy to add them right into the dish. Once you add the noodles, you can stir them all together.
Step 9: Add the Rice
Next add the rice. The rice can be white or brown it is totally up to the cook. Mix the rice and all the ingredients together so everything is evenly distributed.
Step 10: Creativity
This part is where you can get a bit creative. You can add any vegetable, sauce, or any sort of extra flavorings. I added seaseme seeds,soy souce and a bit of garlic to the whole mix.
