Easy Watermelon Cupcakes (small Batch)

Ingredients
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp cream
4 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In separate bowl cream butter then add sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients to wet. Divide batter into 6 muffin liners. Bake for 350 for 10-15 minutes. Add 12 drops red food coloring and 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips.

Add green food coloring to the frosting. It's up to you if you want to do light and dark stripes of green to make it look more watermelonish.
